⚠️ Scam Alert ⚠️

The Weston Police Department would like to remind residents that we will NEVER solicit donations or request funds by phone, email, text message, or mail.

Please be aware that scammers often impersonate police departments, charities, or law enforcement organizations in an attempt to pressure residents into sending money or providing personal information.

The Weston Police Benevolent Association (PBA) does conduct one fundraising mailer each year during the holiday season. That mailing is completed directly by Weston Police Officers and is NOT handled by any third party organization or outside telemarketing company.

If you receive a suspicious call, email, or solicitation claiming to be from the Weston Police Department or law enforcement, do not provide payment or personal information. When in doubt, contact the Weston Police Department directly to verify.

Please help protect our community by sharing this information with family, friends, and neighbors.

Well… we’ve got good news and bad news. 🌧️🎡

The bad news: today’s Fair is cancelled due to the weather.

The GOOD news: tomorrow is looking bright ☀️ and we’re extending Fair and Food Truck Village hours from 12 PM–6 PM following the parade! 🇺🇸🍔🎠

On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, Ofc. Clark joined families at the Weston Public Library for a special Storytime and K9 demonstration.

Ofc. Clark read When a K9 Goes to Work by Donna Miele and spent time with the kids talking about police work, community, and the important role K9 teams play in law enforcement. Families also had the opportunity to meet officers and see members of the Fairfield Police Department K9 Unit in action.

Thank you to the Weston Public Library for hosting us, and thank you to the Fairfield Police Department K9 Unit for joining us and helping make this event special. We also appreciate all of the families who came out for this fun community event.

We always enjoy opportunities to connect with Weston families and build positive relationships with our youngest residents.

Read. Learn. Connect.
