Our dispatch center serves not only Fairfield but also our partners in Westport and beyond, ensuring swift responses to over 300,000 calls annually. 📞🚓🚒🚑

From providing crucial pre-arrival instructions during medical emergencies to handling complex crisis situations with professionalism and care, our dispatchers are the calm voices guiding us through the storm and answering your calls for assistance!🌟

Sad news about one of our former volunteers. Marc started volunteering with us soon after he moved here from NJ, where he had volunteered for some time. Our thoughts and prayers are with his Stamford EMS and AMR families, and especially with his son of whom he was so proud.

So proud of and thankful for all the Westport EMS personnel, on-duty and off, who responded and handled a chaotic scene so professionally. And a big thank you to our mutual aid partners - Norwalk Hospital EMS, Darien EMS - Post 53 , AMR Bridgeport, CT - ,our first responder colleagues at Westport Police Department and Town of Westport Fire Department, as well as the communicators at Fairfield County Regional Dispatch Center and SWRCC for all working together to ensure a successful conclusion to what could have otherwise been a tragic incident.

Cold but fun day yesterday, Westport EMS UTV3 and Bike Team 1 working alongside our regional mutual aid partners to help cover the Stamford Balloon Parade Spectacular - Stamford EMS, Westport EMS, Darien EMS, New Canaan EMS, Greenwich EMS, New Britain EMS. Great job of organizing and running this large operation by Stamford EMS!
