Middle School Sports will start tryouts on the first day of school, Sept 3, 2026 after school. (Field Hockey, Girls Soccer and Boys Soccer. Grades 5-8)

You must have an up-to-date physical within the past 13 months in order to participate

Students in Mrs. Aldrich’s and Mr. Sullivan’s ESY classes wrapped up their summer program with the 15th Annual Boat Races, celebrating Beach Week with exciting engineering and science investigations!

Students designed and engineered their own sailboats before putting them to the test in a series of races and investigations to determine which boats were the fastest and strongest. Congratulations to Nicole Botelho, whose sailboat earned the title of both the fastest and strongest!

What a fun way to end the summer while applying creativity, problem-solving, and STEM skills. Great job, Wildcats! 🐾

Our ESY students had a spectacular time celebrating Carnival Week with a carnival of their very own! Students enjoyed a day full of fun as they visited exciting booths for face painting, temporary tattoos, giant games, arts and crafts, a duck pond, fishing games, a photo booth, and the always-popular Yummy Snack Shack!

As they participated in each activity, students collected tickets that they later cashed in for awesome prizes. A special thank you to our older Wildcats for volunteering their time to run the booths and support their younger peers. Your leadership, kindness, and school spirit helped make the day a huge success! What a fantastic week of fun, friendship, and inclusion. Great job, Wildcats!

On July 16, these graduates celebrated an important milestone during Westport High School’s Summer Graduation Ceremony. While each of their journeys had its own twists and turns, their perseverance and determination led them to this well-earned achievement.
