The building is still closed due to the storms last week. According to NIPSCO, all of Westville will have power by Wednesday. Fingers-crossed that it will be sooner. If you are receiving notifications for items due, those are automatically sent. There is no pressure to return items by due dates this week. We will get it all sorted out once we are open to the public. We miss you all and hope to see you soon! 🤗

Checkout this fun event at Bluhm County Park on Wednesday, August 12th. We love our county parks!

Twinkle, twinkle, the stars are calling! Be sure to come out to Bluhm County Park this Wednesday from 8:30-11 PM for a celestial night hike at the peak of the Perseid meteor shower. Hear stories about the stars on an illuminated night hike, enjoy shadow puppet stories around the fire with marshmallows, and get a closer look at the stars through the telescope. Don't forget to bring a blanket to lay back and enjoy the majesty of the sky!

Just in case the rain pops up, we are having the games inside in the basement. Casey's pizza and popsicles will be available! See you at 4:30pm.

With summer break winding down, we would like to invite our patrons to come enjoy an evening of lawn games, pizza, and popsicles on Thursday, August 6th. If it is raining, we will move the games and food inside. Fun begins at 4:30pm. See you there!
