We have not posted in a hot minute.

We are posting today to announce that we are selling our home in Holtville by the canal.

While we will miss everyone terribly, we are looking forward to our next chapter.

The house is a 3 bed/2 bath ranch with living room, kitchen/dining area, entertainment room and a mostly enclosed indoor-outdoor type seating area with woodburning stove abd room for a hot tub. There’s also a 40,000 gallon inground pool and a three car shop (with electric and loft) on the 1.5 acre property.

Although the house was built in 1977, it has been substantially renovated, including but not limited to the following: roof, gutters, flooring, windows, interior and exterior doors, air conditioner, kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, and so much more. If you are interested, we would be glad to negotiate leaving it almost entirely furnished as well. We are in the process of getting it appraised now. 

If you would like to set up an appointment to come and see it, please privately message me. We are asking that you have a preapproval letter to show sincere interest. If you are interested in just coming to check out the house, we plan to have an open house in early January. We will list it with our realtor in early February if we do not have a contract by then. We intend to close so that we will vacate the premises around graduation time in May but are willing to work out a deal of a sort prior to that.

Well everyone, it’s the end of an era… we sold the property on Mehearg. With Chris’ health working on being on the mend, we have a couple other things we’re listing to sell in just a minute.
