We had so much fun celebrating National Night Out this week! We held parties at three of our properties featuring games, grilling, and good times. Thank you to our friends at Arvada Police, Westminster PD, and Westminster Fire Department for stopping by and handing out stickers and helmets to our littlest residents.

And thank you to City of Wheat Ridge and City of Golden, for letting us set up booths at your festivities. We are so grateful to have the best city partners here in Jeffco!

On Friday, we celebrated the groundbreaking of The Ives II in Wheat Ridge! This is the second phase of a planned redevelopment of the northeast corner of 44th and Wadsworth, and builds upon the success of its sister property, The Ives.

Featuring one-three bedroom homes, high-quality finishes, and amenities focused on building community and wellness, The Ives II adds much needed affordable housing to Jefferson County.

We would not have gotten to this milestone without the unwavering support of our partners. We truly have the best team, both at FRH and across the affordable housing industry. We are so appreciative to have been joined by all three Jefferson County Commissioners, with remarks from Commissioner Zenzinger, and by many members of Wheat Ridge's City Council, with remarks from Mayor Korey Stites.
