Looking for an affordable place to call home? Applications are now being accepted for our Borinquen Bella Apartments waitlist!

Current vacancies are primarily 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, with affordable rents of:
• 1 Bedroom – $1,000/month
• 2 Bedroom – $1,100/month
• 3 Bedroom – $1,200/month

Most units are income-restricted at 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Utilities are not included.

The waitlist opens TODAY! Applications open June 23-June 30

The DuPage Housing Authority (DHA) and Kendall Housing Authority (KHA) announce the opening of the Rental Housing Support Program (RHSP) 2-Bedroom Waiting List.

What is RHSP?
The Rental Housing Support Program is a state funded program administered by both DuPage and Kendall Housing Authorities. RHSP funds the rent subsidies for severely low-income households. Households in the program will pay approximately 30% of their income in rent based on the contribution schedule. Unlike Section 8 or Housing Choice Voucher programs, participants must rent a specific unit with a specific eligible landlord.

Eligibility Requirements:
- 3-4 household members
- Must meet RHSP income and program eligibility requirements (see here: https://www.dupagehousing.org/dupage-rhsp)

Be ready to provide:
-Head of household contact information;
-A valid email address;
-Household income information;
-Names of all household members;
-Dates of birth for all household members;
-Social Security Numbers, if applicable; and
-Other demographic information requested on the application
