The Black Student Union is proud to partner with OV Mutual Aid and the Junior League of Wheeling, WV for a Canned and Non-Perishable Food Drive to support families in need within our community.

We invite you to donate any non-perishable food items you can to help make a difference. Many families are struggling right now, and every contribution counts.

The collection begins today, Monday, November 3, and will run through Friday, November 7. However, we will continue accepting donations as they come in. Students can bring items to the high school & drop them in the boxes in the ILC.

Together, let’s show our community the power of care, compassion, and unity.

Every family deserves access to beautiful portraits of their children.

I’m so grateful to share that I’ve partnered with the Ohio County Public Library to launch a new community program offering free children’s portrait sessions here in Wheeling, WV.

The very first session will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2025 at the library, and it’s just the beginning of many more to come.
