OCPL is joining our community in grieving our sweet Appalachian queen, Dolly Parton.

Since Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library came to West Virginia, more than 3.7 million books have been delivered to children across our state.

Thank you, Dolly, for modeling so beautifully what it means to be a good neighbor. We will always love you.

In Dolly’s spirit, OCPL has our Imagination Library books on display, free for everyone to take. No library card required, no checkout necessary, just a book to keep and love, the way Dolly would have liked it.
