On March 27th, 2026 at approximately 3:35 AM, White Bluff Police Officers observed an Infiniti G37 traveling Southbound on Highway 47 N with the driver not wearing a seatbelt.
Upon initiating a traffic stop, the driver failed to stop immediately, prompting officers to engage both emergency lights and sirens. The vehicle continued to flee from law enforcement East on Highway 70 E. Cheatham County deputies assisted by deploying spike strips on Highway 70 E. The spike strips were successful and the vehicle wrecked out into the ditch on Highway 70 E. Upon contact officers identified the driver as Jessie Waller. Jessie had preexisting warrants out of Hickman County, the City of Fairview and Cheatham County. Upon a search incident to arrest 32.2 grams of suspected Methamphetamine was located along with Ecstasy.
Jessie was transported to the Dickson County Jail and charged with Driving on a Suspended License, Evading Arrest, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and Possession of Schedule I narcotics. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
