Army Emergency Relief (AER) is the Army’s own emergency financial assistance application organization dedicated to “Helping the Army take care of its own.” This is a private nonprofit organization with the sole mission to help Soldiers, retired Soldiers, and Army families by helping alleviate financial stress and promoting economic stability. AER is reliant on campaign contributions, given local by military members, affiliates, and civilians during the annual Army Emergency Relief Campaign, to continue its mission of assisting the Army community during the times of unanticipated financial stress. Last year’s campaign helped support over 31,000 Soldiers and families. The campaign season will run from March 1-June 14, 2026, ending on the Army’s 251st Birthday. AER achieved 15% active-duty participation in 2025 with $2.1 million in donations and another $500k from Exchange (AAFES) during the campaign. AER is entirely funded through donations and receives no funding from the federal government.

Last year our total donations for our installation were $20,505.00. The Pine Bluff Arsenal AER Section would like to meet (and exceed) this year’s goal of $21,000.00. Go to the QR Code to donate to the Campaign.
