For the reporting period of May 25th through May 31st, 2026, officers for the White Oak Police Department responded to or initiated 150 calls for service and assistance. Some of the most common calls were: Suspicious Activity, Burglar Alarms, Disturbances, Traffic Issues (motorist assists, traffic control, reckless drivers, etc.), and Community Relations (welfare checks, civil issues, vacation home security checks, etc.).
One traffic collision was investigated during this reporting period. Minor injuries were reported.
Four arrests were made during this reporting period.
Jessica Green, 41, of White Oak, for Assault Class C.
Tony Sedberry, 37, of Longview, for 4 White Oak City Warrants and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Dekori Lawson, 36, of Longview, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Tyrone McFarland, 58, of White Oak, for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more.
No cases were presented to the Gregg County District Attorney during this reporting period.
