Due to school closure and the continued icy condition of the parking lot and facilities ALL Wednesday night activities are cancelled for tonight! We will resume Sunday with normal schedule .

Happy Wednesday!! We have had an awesome couple of Wednesdays since starting back! We wanted to send out a few important reminders:

1. 1st grade- 8th grade classes run from 6 pm -7:30 pm
Doors open at 5:45 pm. BEFORE 6 pm there is no supervision.
*We ask that you PROMPTLY PICKUP your child/children at 7:30 pm as after that time there is NO SUPERVISION.

2. High school runs from 7:30-9 pm.

3, 1st-5th graders attending for the first time this year must have a parent come inside and sign your child/children up. After they are signed up there’s no need to come in each week.

We look forward to seeing everyone tonight!

Just had a last minute cancellation so I have an opening for our Pre-Teen Camp with White Oak Community Church for July 24-28 at Trinity Pines Conference Center in Trinity, TX. This can be a boy or girl who has completed 2nd-6th grade! Spread the word! Let me know!!

REMINDER: IF your current 2nd-6th grade child/children plan to attend Pre-Teen camp this summer with us July 24-28th, your $75 non-refundable deposit for each spot is due by Feb 5th.

PARENTS OF 1st-5th GRADERS- WE MUST HAVE A COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM FOR YOUR CHILD OR THEY WONT BE ABLE TO STAY TONIGHT. You can come in when you drop your child off and fill out a form. We need this in case of an emergency so we have a way to get in contact with you. Some of the children dont know their parents contact numbers and we must have a way to reach you.

REMEMBER: DOORS DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 5:45 PM and PICKUP IS AT 7:30 PM for 1st-8th grade!

ENTER AND EXIT OF WHATLEY ROAD FOR DROP OFF AND PICKUP FOR 6th-8th GRADE- 6th-8th Grade Parents PLEASE Pull into a parking spot when picking up your child and do not get in the pick up line.

1st-5th Grade Parents for PICKUP enter off Whatley Road and get in pickup line that will take you to front of building where you will pick up your child.

Just a few reminders about our Programs tonight:

*THE DOORS DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 5:45 PM-PLEASE DONT DROP YOUR CHILDREN OFF BEFORE THIS TIME AS THEY WILL NOT BE SUPERVISED.

*1st-8th Grade will meet from 6-7:30 PM! THEY MUST BE PICKED UP PROMPTLY AT 7:30! (1st-5th grade will be picked up in front of the building that faces White Oak Road) (6th -8th Grade will be picked up in big parking lot in the back-please park and they will come out to your car).

*IF you have a 1st-5th Grader, WE MUST HAVE A REGISTRATION FORM ON FILE FOR THEM TO ATTEND!! If your child attended last week, you should have received one when you picked them up, just send it back filled out tonight. IF not, then you can come in and fill one out when you bring them at 5:45. ( This is for the safety of the children in case we have to get ahold of the parents.)

* LASTLY, PLEASE look at the map below. To enter the parking lot for drop off, ONLY WHATLEY ROAD may be used. We will not be entering off of White Oak Road. FOR PICKUP, Use Whatley road only also. 1st-5th grade parents will line up in a car pick up line and wrap around the building and after picking up your child will exit onto White Oak Road.
6th-8th GRADE Parents, we ask you also enter into parking lot off Whatley Road and pull into a parking spot and have your children come to your car. Once your child is with you, please EXIT ONLY BACK ONTO WHATLEY ROAD.

*We are trying to help with ease of traffic flow and safety for dismissing all of the children.
