Thanksgiving Dinner for Senior Citizens today at the Community Center beginning at 11:45. Please bring a side dish or dessert, the VFW will be providing turkey and ham. Hugh Wilhite MD from Calhoun, KY will be here with his banjo and singing. All senior citizens are welcome to attend.

Special thanks to Spencer & Linda Brewer!! They do a great job with these dinners for our seniors each month.

Come join us this Halloween for a night full of fun!! Anyone wanting to set up for trunk-or-treat are welcome. There will be a limited amount of space to set up inside.

City Hall will be closed Monday, September 1st, for Labor Day. We will be open normal hours on Tuesday, September 2nd. Payments can be made online or in the drop box.

I know its still warm out, but the holiday season will be here in three short months. Have you made plans for your holiday celebrations? The Community Center has several open dates but will fill up fast. If you would like to reserve a date for your Thanksgiving or Christmas celebration / dinner give us a call here at City Hall 270-676-8639.

Hopkins County Regional Landfill is at the Community Center handing out free lunch from 11 am to 12 noon today for those in need of a bag lunch.
