Westchester County GIS has integrated the Pictometry Oblique Imagery into our 'Mapping Westchester County' application: https://giswww.westchestergov.com/gismap/

You can access the imagery by clicking on the 'Pictometry' button along the top of the map viewer or after searching for an address there is a link to the Pictometry imagery.
