What a great way to wrap up another incredible year at Cass High School! 🤠💙💛

Our faculty and staff recently gathered for our End-of-the-Year Celebration, where we enjoyed a delicious cowboy-style BBQ complete with all the fixin’s! A special thank you goes out to our Teacher of the Year, **Chef Jim Huston**, along with the many teachers and coaches who spent their time cooking and grilling an amazing meal for the entire staff. 🍖🔥

During the celebration, we honored our retiring teachers, reflected on the accomplishments of the past year, and celebrated the academic growth, achievements, and memories that made this school year so special.

Thank you to our dedicated faculty and staff for everything you do to make Cass High School an outstanding place for students to learn and grow. Here's to a successful year and a well-deserved summer break! ☀️👏

Throughout their careers, they have made a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues through their commitment, leadership, and passion for education. Their influence will continue to be felt for years to come, and their contributions to our school community will not be forgotten.

Recently, ESOL teams at each school were given the opportunity to recognize colleagues who consistently go above and beyond in support of English Learner (EL) students. The CHS team selected 1SGTs Hornbook and Moctezuma, Ms. Moore, Mr. Rader, and Assistant Principal Mrs. Wallraven for this recognition. These individuals were chosen for their strong collaboration, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of EL students. Through their actions and support, each has demonstrated a commitment to ensuring that all students have equitable access to a guaranteed and viable curriculum.

Graduation was filled with smiles, laughter, proud moments, and memories that will last a lifetime for our students and their families. We are incredibly proud of all that this class has accomplished and cannot wait to see the amazing things they will achieve in the future.

Today was a great day for the Class of 2026 at Cass High School! ☀️🎓

Our seniors enjoyed the annual Senior Picnic filled with hotdogs and all the fixings, games, laughter, and time together making memories before graduation. It was the perfect way to celebrate such an incredible group of students! 🌭🎉

After the fun, seniors participated in graduation practice and had an excellent walk-through as they prepared for tomorrow’s big day. We are so excited, proud, and ready to celebrate the Class of 2026 as they walk across the stage tomorrow! 💙💛
