Whitehouse Summer Concert Canceled for July 16, 2026.

Due to the air quality advisory in today's forecast, the Village of Whitehouse is canceling the concert scheduled for tonight, July 16, out of concern for the safety of our concert goers.

We do not have the rescheduled date set yet - but please stay tuned to the Village’s social media, Access Whitehouse App and website for any upcoming information.

My name is Angelika Palm and I am a university student from Estonia
I successfully received my solicitor's permit from the Whitehouse Police Department and provided all the information required for my summer internship. I had the pleasure of meeting Office Safety Assistant Jennifer Herman and Officer Morgan Schumann, Jennifer did my background check, and Chief approved my permit to work in the area.
I am going door-to-door helping families with their children's education
I work with Southwestern Advantage, offering educational books and apps for children of all ages — from babies all the way through SAT and ACT preparation.
This is my summer internship and the way I pay my way through school while gaining valuable business experience.
I DO NOT REPRESENT OR AM AFFILIATED WITH ANY SCHOOL.
I offer:
Study guides that help parents support their children with math and other subjects.
Learning resources that help students save time with homework and test preparation.
Fun and educational children's books from infancy through elementary school.
Advanced learning materials for students taking AP classes and preparing for the SAT and ACT.
A leadership development program for teenagers.
I am driving a white Toyota Prius (Ohio plate KXM8885).
When I knock on your door, please know that I have an accent — I'm from Estonia — but I'm excited to meet families in the community and share resources that may help your children succeed.

Whitehouse Officers participated in the Northwest Ohio Torch Run. The Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics Ohio (LETR) is a volunteer movement that was established by members of the law enforcement community to support Special Olympics. Each year, officers carry the “Flame of Hope” along with athletes into the Summer Games Opening Ceremonies at The Ohio State University. The flame symbolizes courage, perseverance, and the inclusion movement taking place in Ohio and across the globe.
Officers: Sgt. Andy Kasack and Officer Tyler Ware carried the flag and torch through the Village of Whitehouse showing our support of a great cause! Thank Sgt. Kasack and Officer Ware! (also pictured are members of The Lucas County Metroparks Rangers)

The South Fork Duathlon, hosted by Cycle Werks, will take place this evening, Wednesday, May 27, from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:00 PM. The Whitehouse Police Department asks that drivers stay aware of bicyclists and runners during that time.

Traffic Safety Reminders for the Duathlon:

- Waterville St between the Wabash-Cannonball Trail and Texas St will be closed
-Traffic onto Heller Rd from Cottonwood Ln, Chapelstone Rd and Villacourt Ln will be blocked

The following roads will have Officers directing traffic:

- Heller Rd and Stiles Rd
- Heller Rd and Neapolis-Waterville Rd
- Heller Rd and Neowash Rd
- Schadel Rd and Neowash Rd
- Schadel Rd and Neapolis-Waterville Rd
