Just to pass along some helpful information. This past election many people received unwanted political robots call and robo texts. These are both annoying and unwanted. If you received one of these unsolicited robots calls or robots texts you can file a complaint with the FCC.

Today a mass text went out from Jacob Morgan with many inaccurate and misleading statements. here is clarification on two of his main talking points.
#1 was that Chuck Gibbs and Tavis Dam are not registered with the board of elections. This is a complete inaccurate statement as you have to be registered in order to be on the ballot. See sample ballot attached.
#2 He keeps pounding away at the current proposed budget. He has been telling everyone he came in contact with prior to last months board meeting that the budget the village is going to pass is going to be between 6% and 18%. At March's board meeting the proposed village budget was introduced. The proposed budget is coming with a small 1.75% increase, keep in mind this is one of the smallest in Oneida County, showing sound fiscal management and hard work to keep spending at a minimum. Then Mr. Morgan is continuing to state that the public hearing for the 2% tax cap override is due to the board having a secret budget to adopt without the tax payers knowing. For the record, that would be illegal and unethical.
The public hearing for the 2% tax cap override is a matter of doing business, which is done by all municipalities across the state, and has nothing to do with a secret hidden budget.
We urge all voters to please consider where this information is coming from.

Chuck Gibbs and Travis Dam have integrity and accountability.

Good morning Whitesboro. It is Election Day!
Today as you head to the polls please remember to vote for Chuck Gibbs and Travis Dam. These two are proven community leaders and members.
The other candidate has fabricated information, and lied to everyone to try and sway voters. Our Village Office need people with integrity, not a person who lies and spreads misinformation.

Good Day Whitesboro!

Tomorrow is Election Day. As you head to the polls remember these two candidates who are the only clear choice to keep the village moving in the right direction.

Both Chuck Gibbs and Travis Dam are involved in our village and are proven community members. Chuck serves our community with our Volunteer Fire Department and has past experience with local government. Travis currently sits on the Zoning Board and is a local Scout Leader.

Chuck and Travis have not spread misleading and inaccurate information in an attempt to sway the residents of Whitesboro. All of their information is confirmed factual information and data.

On Tuesday March 19th,
VOTE CHUCK GIBBS AND TRAVIS DAM

1 week from today is the Village of Whitesboro Elections. There are two very good candidates who are running for two of the open Trustee seats. Chuck Gibbs and Travis Dam. These two individuals are intelligent and dedicated village residents with the best interest of the village in mind.
Chuck Gibbs who has previously served on the board and Supervisor for the Town of Whitestown and is very experienced in budgets and governmental organization. He is also a member of the Whitesboro Volunteer Fire Department.
Travis Dam currently sits on the Zoning Board for the Village of Whitesboro and is a local Scout Troop Leader.
Both of these individuals will bring great knowledge and experience to the village board if elected.
When it comes to information these individuals obtain facts through research and confirmation before they speak with people. They do not speak on assumptions, unconfirmed information or hearsay.
The Whitesboro United group endorses and recommends voting on March 19th for Chuck Gibbs and Travis Dam.
Vote experience and truth!

To the Village of Whitesboro Community.

All of us wish to extend a very heartfelt thank you to our entire community. To be on Moseley Street and to see such a large voter turnout was awe-inspiring. We thank the many people who stopped and said Hello, good luck, or had a last minute question before casting their vote. We have one of the greatest communities in all of Oneida County and your show of support was humbling. One thing that truly stood out about yesterday was seeing a very strong voter turnout for our new and upcoming generation. Seeing so many of our younger voters being involved in the election process shows that our community is strong and growing.

Our list of people to thank is so large that we will say; Thank You to our Families, Friends, Neighbors and fellow Village Residents. It was with your support that we were able to have the successful outcome from yesterday's election.

As we move forward we look forward to serving and interacting with everyone in our community. We will maintain an open door policy and be accessible to all residents. Our Village Government is only as strong as the community it serves.

Thank you Whitesboro
