GOP candidate for Queens DA ,
Democrat, retired NYPD Cop, defense attorney, Joe Murray : He said he would form an “untouchables unit” to investigate corruption among lawmakers, businesspeople, local political parties and even top brass in the NYPD.

Queens County DA Candidate TIFFANY CABAN will NOT put violent criminals in prison if elected DA, posing an existential threat to Queens : “And that goes for any violent crime. “We will not exclude any crime for consideration for restorative justice and/or alternatives to incarceration,””

The candidate for district attorney of Queens is a career public defender with an ambitious criminal-justice-reform agenda. But first, she has to win.

says, "She has zero experience in criminal law and, in an interview with this board, didn’t understand that the state’s recently passed bail reforms require release for a wide swath of crimes. Oops."

Article excerpt, “Fusionism helps raise the profile of philosophies and policies that dominant parties may otherwise ignore. And it lets voters engage in the political process without feeling like they’re compromising their principles.”

A sudden push to end fusion voting — the almost-only-in-New-York system that gives smaller parties the ability to cross-endorse Democratic or Republican candidates in a general election — is a solution in search of a problem.

Tomorrow, consider VOTING for JARED RICH for NYC Public Advocate in a Special Election. He is a first time candidate and a political outsider who has a plan to empower the Public Advocate office by hiring a group of attorneys like himself who will relish in litigating against the injustices of our government on behalf of the people.

There are candidates in this race who if victorious would have less power as Public Advocate than their current seat in either the City Council or State Assembly. But their purpose simply is to raise their political profile to further their political ambitions.

Jared Rich is something different.
He will get things done!
It’s time for new blood.

‪If you’re undecided on who to vote for on Tuesday, Feb 26th Special election for NYC Public Advocate, please consider JARED RICH, a true independent outsider & the only first time candidate in this race with no political connections nor indebtedness.

To be a true ombudsman for the people, the next NYC Public Advocate should be a true outsider who has never been elected official.

January 30, 2019 — Woodside, NY — Longtime civic activist and political leader, James J. Dillon, has emerged as the first 2020 Democratic primary challenger to social media sensation, freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Dillon’s first run for Congress came in 1998 when he was defeated by then NY State Assemblyman Joe Crowley, who went on to have a 20-year career in Congress which ended with a huge upset loss to Ocasio-Cortez in November 2018.
We caught up to Dillon on Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside, where he was posting 2020 campaign signs which read, “Dillon for CONGRESS, Say “NO” to Socialism”.
When Dillon was asked how long he has been campaigning against Ocasio-Cortez, he replied, “Well, I have been putting up posters, handing out brochures, picking up volunteers since before she was even sworn in as a Congresswoman.” “I know how to do this. I did very well against Joe Crowley in 1998…and when the electorate here in the 14th CD sees us, they will see there is no comparison in terms of education, experience and intellectual capacity. Good looks, like Ms. Ocasio has, can only go so far.”
In regards to the criticism Ocasio-Cortez is receiving for not yet having a Congressional district office open, Dillon vehemently declared, “I would have a district office open on my first day.”
Dillon is born and raised in Sunnyside, Queens and he has resided in Long Island City for last 41 years.
