As temperatures rise, we're seeing an increase in pond management questions and concerns. Remember—the sooner a problem is identified, the easier (and often less expensive) it is to correct!

Noticing a new w**d starting to appear in your pond? Bring a sample to the Cooperative Extension Office, and we'll help identify it and develop a management plan.

Seeing algae growth, poor water clarity, or fish that aren't growing as expected? Bring in a water sample collected in a clean, rinsed beverage bottle along with a $10 testing fee. We'll analyze key water quality parameters and provide recommendations tailored to your pond management goals.

Whether you're managing a fishing pond, community pond, or simply want a healthier pond ecosystem, we're here to help!

FREE MATURE GRAPEVINES- A client has contacted us and is looking for someone who would like his mature grapevines as he is no longer able to care for them and would prefer not to destroy them. He has 6 vines in total 3 Carlos and 3 Nobels. You must be able to REMOVE the vines yourself. If interested please reach out to the extension office at 910-640-6605 so we can provide you his direct contact.
