One of our valued partner stations, Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolinas, is looking for volunteers!

There are many ways to get involved and make a difference, including:

🐾 Helping care for and feed animals
🛍️ Assisting in the thrift shop
🎉 Helping with special events

If you are already an AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP volunteer and would like to serve at Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina, please contact our office to learn more.

Not currently an RSVP volunteer? No problem! Joining AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP is easy, and it allows you to make a difference in your community while having your volunteer hours officially count toward your service.

🍽️ Serving Our Community with Heart! ❤️

Our wonderful AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers Gloria Askew, Veronica Lewis, and Mary Smith recently lent a helping hand serving lunch at the George Henry White Center during their monthly Lunch & Learn event.

These dedicated volunteers are a wonderful example of what it means to give back. By sharing their time and helping wherever they are needed, they make a positive difference in the lives of others and help bring our community together.

We are so grateful for Gloria, Veronica, Mary, and all of our AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers who continue to show up, lend a helping hand, and make a difference day after day. Your time, kindness, and commitment do not go unnoticed! 🌟
