It is National Waste & Recycling Workers Week!This week is for celebrating the hard-working men & women who continuously keep our neighborhoods clean and safe.
Working in the waste removal industry may not always be glamorous or fun, but our dedicated team of drivers are on the roads early in the morning, no matter the weather, collecting trash and recycling. Thank you to not only the drivers, but to our team of recycling workers who work the line sorting recycling, and to our forklift drivers. Without these hard-working individuals, our neighborhoods would be littered with trash and, let’s be honest, somewhat smelly.
Please join us in celebrating our garbage men & women of the world. A simple wave, smile or “thank you” will go a long way. Think of these individuals as more than just garbage and recycling collectors and sorters; think of them as individuals who are helping to keep the world clean, one trash can at a time.
To all of the Johns Disposal drivers and workers, thank you for all that you do. Not only do you make our team stronger, you make the world a better place.
