Fairhaven Senior Services We offer safe, independent living: choose from an apartment or a maintenance-free ranch home based on your finances and needs.

Fairhaven is one of the Nation’s original Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) (Life Plan Communities) and is uniquely qualified to meet your changing health care needs while providing a multitude of social, recreational, intellectual and spiritual activities. We provide supportive care, assisted living apartments, memory care facilities, conveniences (including a Mini-Mart), and all the

amenities of a retirement community, with the full range of excellent medical services to support your health care needs, including short-term rehabilitation services to get you home as quickly as possible after an illness or injury. While here, relax and enjoy The Oasis, our recreational area, or keep your edge in our fitness center. We have a full-service barber and salon, a piano lounge, a hobby room, a library, private dining rooms including our skylight dining room, seven residential lounges, and even banking services. Also, we have an audiologist on-site as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and even a full-time leisure services department, and all in one location! At Fairhaven, you can retain as much independence as you like. Our goal is to help our residents be as independent and active as they can be because your freedom, health, and happiness are our priority. Thank you to Wollersheim Winery & Distillery for the amazing lunch in your bistro and tour yesterday. The fresh food, tour, hospitality and last but not least the samples of wine made for a terrific outing and well worth the drive. When Mary credits her 100 years to wine, you listen to her and head to her favorite spot! 😀🤣🍇🍷

When University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students and residents at Fairhaven get together, a special bond is formed. In this video, Emmy Fink does an amazing job pulling that out and you truly get the feel for how special these inter-generational programs are here at Fairhaven. Sometimes the best medicine is a Puppy Pet Therapy Visit! Thank you Ma, Paws, & Me Pet Rescue, Inc. for bringing over these adorable Poodle Mix Puppies....sorry all, they will be going to their new homes Monday/Tuesday. After a rough couple of weeks, this was sure a great way to bring some joy and smiles to the residents and staff. 🐶❤️

This past University of Wisconsin-Whitewater school year we had another first.....Thank You to Celia Weiss Bambara Ph.D., MA Dance
Assistant Professor and her students in Solo Composition 1 Dance 220 for providing us with a wonderful dance program on our front lawn. What an amazing start to the Cycling Without Age trishaw ride summer 2026. We broke in 2 new Pilots (Ann and Kaitlyn) and provided multiple first time rides for residents. Thanks to Brian and Joanne as well for providing rides. As the summer goes along, you will start to see us out more so we kindly ask...give us a honk, wave or hello! If interested in becoming a volunteer pilot- reach out to Brian at [email protected] as you could see in the pictures, the residents love these rides.
