United States Forrest Service Law Enforcement & Investigations will be conducting multiple traffic checkpoints.

Jones Hollow and Cow Horn intersection - 9/19/26 1200-1400

Barren Fork Road (FSR 684) off US 27 - 9/19/26 1700-2100

Pig Skin Road off US 27 -9-19-26 2100-2300

Highway 3257 and Big Swag intersection - 9/20/26 1300-1700

Indian K**b - 9/20/26 1800-2100

Per Request of the Forrest service

Attention:

The Forest Service will be conducting driver compliance checkpoints in McCreary County this date. The first checkpoint will be at Day Ridge Road and North Highway 27 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The second checkpoint will be in the area of Barren Fork Rd and the ranger station from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
