Wow! Friends of Troop 22 sure does have a lot of fundraisers you might be thinking. Why do we do this and how do we use the money we raise? The funds we raise go to covering the cost of campsites or cabins in the winter months throughout the year for all Scouts, it pays for BSA annual registration, dues and summer camp scholarships for families in need and helps offset the cost of some of the more expensive activities that we participate in. Fundraising helps to provide as many opportunities as possible for our Scouts to become leaders in the community. Plus it helps to keep the cost lower for us the Parents of T22. We need to expand our reach to maximize our fundraising so it’s not just Scout parents showing up at these events.

How can you help? You can join our fundraising team or share ideas for new ways to fundraise and SHARE, SHARE, SHARE what we have going on with your friends, family and others in the community.

Also, please follow our page Friends of Troop 22 Whitman. That way you’ll always know what we have coming up. We want to expand our fundraising community and we need your help to do this!
