Are you or do you know anyone interested in becoming an amateur radio operator (a.k.a. ham)? We will be conducting our next Technician class starting September 1! Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm - 9pm for approximately four weeks (if more classes are needed we can add them as needed). The last session will be the exam session. Class is FREE! Get started in ham radio with your Technician license!

The Marshfield Fair club event takes place from
August 20th - August 31th, 2026 including setup and takedown days
The Whitman Amateur Radio club setup several operating stations at our Fair booth in order to bring awareness of this hobby and it's public service benefits to the public. We demonstrated its operation live, allowing the public to participate if they wish. We also highlighted our club events throughout the year and our training program.

Please volunteer at our club booth!!
