Hamburg Parks And Recreation Hamburg Parks and Recreation oversees the maintenance, activities and events held in Manly Bennett Park and the Lakelands Trail.

Hamburg Parks & Rec Mission: To provide for the use, protection, regulation and control of the Hamburg Township park and recreational facilities, and other areas concerning recreation and to matters related to the use of and conduct on Township property. Parks and Recreation also handles the scheduling of the meeting room at the Hamburg Senior/Community Center.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING!

Join us at the Hamburg Family Fun Fest as we celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with a special Hamburg Township Time Capsule Sealing Ceremony!

Saturday, June 20 @ 2:00 PM at Hamburg Township Hall 10405 Merrill Rd, 48189.

Witness this memorable moment as our community comes together to preserve today’s memories, milestones, and messages for future generations. The time capsule will serve as a lasting tribute to Hamburg Township and our nation’s rich history as we commemorate 250 years of American independence.

Bring your family, celebrate our shared heritage, and help mark this once-in-a-generation occasion. Together, we’ll honor the past, celebrate the present, and leave a legacy for the future.

Also included in the celebration are an apple pie contest (free samples); an opportunity to touch and tour our public safety equipment; and free hot dogs and ice cream.
