On behalf of the Richard Nixon Republican Club, we would like to wish everyone in the Whittier community a Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
On July 4th, 1776, our founding fathers delivered the Declaration of Independence to Congress and declared Independence from the tyrannical British government. Despite the odds and challenges our founding fathers faced in combating the most powerful military of the era, American Patriots still decided to declare Independence, fought the Revolutionary War & understood their God-Given rights to Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness. Blood, sweat and tears went into fighting a war against the tyrannical British government, and the Patriots belief in the core American principles lead to the creation of the greatest & most prosperous country in human history.
Today, let us take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices American Patriots made to ensure we would be able to create the most prosperous country in human history.
Also, take a moment to thank the Founding Fathers for laying out the vision of a country where each and every citizen, no matter the race, s*x, or creed, has the God-Given inalienable rights to Life, Liberty & The Pursuit of Happiness. Nixon Republicans thank the founding father for having put their entire lives on the line despite the odds for the sake of the future, and for the sake of the United States of America.
Wear your best Red, White & Blue clothes with humility, use Safe & Sane Fireworks if your city allows you to, and feel free to wave your American Flag high today because, today, we celebrate the vision our founding fathers created and enshrined on July 4th, 1776. We Nixon Republicans wish each and every American, within and beyond Whittier College, a Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
