NEW ZINE COLLECTION!
It took longer than expected but RHC Library's inaugural zine collection is ready for circulation!
After a successful presentation in collaboration with Annette Young from Cypress College Library at RHC's FLEX Day, the new zine collection was launched and is currently on showcase in the RHC Library foyer through August 28, titled Voices in Circulation.
These zines were made by RHC students and staff for the Zine Outreach Project in the 2023-24 academic year and are the first wave of zines to be added to our collection. These are self-published student and community voices worthy of reading that are often left out of mainstream collections. History is in the making and more zines will be added in the coming year.
These can be borrowed, just like our books, so come check them out or browse them in our space.
If you're a RHC student or staff member who's interested in making a zine (and possibly adding it to our collection), come to one of 3 Zine Workshops this semester. We'll be posting soon, so be on the look out. Hope to see you there!
