Our City of Whitwell website is currently being updated with many changes!
You may go and email commissioners (once that update is finished), officers, senior center and our library for any questions or concerns.
We also are working on getting our calendar updated with events, city minutes from the meetings of both city meeting and planning board meeting. Our park information can of course be found on our page but now our events will also be listed under UPCOMING EVENTS.
If you would like to see something additional added as far as types of events, meeting minutes, etc. Please message us here 🙂

Join us for the City of Whitwell Labor Day Parade September 2nd starting at 9 a.m.
Line up will begin at 8 a.m. down by The Landing Zone.

Celebration at the City of Whitwell Park hosted by the Whitwell Education and Heritage Center --
Gates open at 5 p.m. with a $10 gate fee for ages 13 and older. Live music begins at 6 p.m. There will be a kids zone, food trucks and raffle drawings.

Fireworks will be put off by the City of Whitwell following the concert.

We hope to see everyone there!
