Have you recently received a Ballot by Mail Application in your mailbox that you did not request from the Wichita County Elections Office?
If so, please know that it was not sent by the Wichita County Elections Office. Various organizations and third-party groups may mail Ballot by Mail applications directly to voters throughout the year.
The Wichita County Elections Office only mails the official Application for Ballot by Mail (ABBM) when requested or as otherwise authorized by Texas law. Our office uses only the official application approved and produced by the Texas Secretary of State's Office.
If you receive an application from another source:
* Review it carefully before completing it.
* If you have questions about its accuracy or whether you qualify to vote by mail, contact our office before submitting it.
* We are happy to provide you with the official Texas Secretary of State Ballot by Mail Application.
