It almost time for back to school. Here are some tips to help you kids have a great first week:

➡️Start Routines Early. Ease into school schedules a week or two before classes begin.
⏰ Move bedtime and wake-up times gradually.
🪥 Practice morning routines to reduce first-day stress.
🍽️ Make time for regular meals and physical activity.

➡️ Talk about feelings. Let kids know it's okay to feel excited, worried, or both. Ask open-ended questions like, "What was the best part of today?" or "Was anything challenging?"

➡️ Ease into after-school activities. Avoid overscheduling during the first week so kids have time to rest and adjust.
