This business has been built off of the word of mouth of this community and the customers we get to walk with through a difficult time.

My name is Ryan Eastep and I am the owner of Wichita Interlock Co. This business was built from the ground up with 0 clients. I was working at Star Lumber when I got a call saying I could take a pay reduction from where I was at, but pay would increase through growth. I was told I’d have to do the work to drive clientele while also being in school for my business degree, and that’s after being a high school dropout!

I jumped at the opportunity. I was just an employee to start. One year in, I bought one of the owners out. I became a 50% partner in the company. Fast forward another 3 years, I bought the other partner out. I became 100% owner of this ignition interlock business. Stewardship. Savings. Hard Work. Dedication to a vision other people couldn’t see! That opened the door to all of the other businesses and opportunities that came.

Fast forward now to 11 years later and over 600 clients.

Through marketing, amazing employees, and great clients, we are the largest IID business in the Midwest!

We have grown this business on the simple interest of customers. From the beginning the business model has been to protect clients in a stressful and uncertain situation. We give them an environment they can feel comfortable in and trust in.

We are a full scale business and more people need to know that we exist. There are part time shops who are dinking and dunking on prices, and tearing cars up because this is a secondary job.
