Luna is a 52-pound Dutch Shepherd handled by Staff Sgt. Tony Higgs. Known as the people-pleasing sweetheart of the kennel, she brings the perfect mix of dedication, sweetness, and energy to the McConnell mission. Fun fact: this sweet girl can jump eight feet high!
