Dr. Kelli Diane Grant brings 35+ years of combined experience in education, advocacy, and systemic change. As an Autistic professional who has coached over 1,500 clients, taught k-12 to graduate students, and has both private and public sector experience, she specializes in providing tangible individual and systemic approaches to prevention intervention practices using a sociological perspective.

📢 Attention Child Care Providers & Partners

Child Care Licensing is transitioning to a new system to replace CLARIS, and annual survey timelines are changing during this process.

🔄 What’s Changing?

Previously: Surveys were sent 90 days before license expiration and due on the expiration date.

During the transition:
• Licenses expiring Dec. 31, 2025 and Jan. 31, 2026 will receive surveys later than usual, with 60 days to complete.
• For licenses expiring Feb. 28, 2026 and later, surveys will be sent on the first day of the renewed license, and due 60 days after.

Please use the chart below to help explain the updated timeline.

More details about the transition from CLARIS to the new system will be shared soon. For questions, please contact your local licensing specialist.
