* 16’ vintage Prowler camping trailer
* Converted specifically for auction clerking
* 110-volt electrical system with numerous outlets
* 110-volt window air conditioning unit
* Portable toilet with interior access
* Ample storage for clerking supplies
* Spare tire included
* Remaining clerking supplies included (if desired)

Please Note:

* The appliances and water system are not connected and are not operational.
* The trailer has been used exclusively for its electrical setup.
* No attempts have been made to repair or reconnect the appliances or water system.
