The Garland Little Free Library, 1400 block of Garland, North Riverside here today promoting a collection of cookbooks, varied in recipes and donated kindly by special friends. In the picture you will see a box sitting on a chair next to the Library! Glance through the selection and you will surely want to add one or two or more to your collection!! Completely free for the taking!

The Library itself was updated today! There may be some new titles you’ll find interesting… take what you want to read!

So, our Little Free Library comes out of hibernation today! (Finally!). And the picture is a reminder of what we look like and needs a couple of explanations. The small bicycle is free, missing one bolt & no longer fits a growing Girl, the group
Of fun recipes bound together (take a few, all, or just one!), and one book that is big and can’t fit inside today! JFK and Jackie would be a good read about one of our iconic presidents! Come on by!

I just had a “novel” idea! I’m addition to my Garland Ave Little Free Library, I’ve just place a big plastic tub on my front porch with extra books for You! It turns out, I’ve accumulated lots of books during the last 2 1/2 years! Please help me make room in my house…..

It seems selfish for me to hold onto these waiting for room in my library!

So, 1420 Garland, tub is out of sight on porch…. Bring something to cart your free books away! Take whatever you need. Thanks for helping me get these books distributed all over town!

Well, after sitting on my bum for too long, I’m finally stepping up my LFL Game! Anyhow, restocking much more regularly, hoping to vary genres!, and when sun and temps allow, you may see a basket below the Library with more books! Early pandemic (seems far to casual to use that term), and through the kindness of friends I have acquired quite a backlog! So, watch for my posts about the joys of reading, that signals new rotating books!
