We all know that Cindy Holscher is an extremist, and if you don’t believe me, ask our Democrat Governor.

Governor Kelly herself said, “We’re not going to elect an extremist on the left wing this year.”

Cindy Holscher’s own party thinks she is too radical, and if she is elected, Kansas will follow the plan of the radical left who wants to change Kansas and America for the worse.

I’ll keep fighting to make Kansas a place where families, farmers, and businesses can thrive, and where common sense always trumps a radical political agenda.

UPCOMING JUDGE RETENTION VOTE!

This November is Chief Justice Eric Rosen, appointed by Kathleen Sebelius, and Larkin Walsh, appointed by Laura Kelly.

Both should NOT be retained. We have an opportunity to send a message!

In spite of the popular, unfounded rumor, an unmarked or blank judicial retention ballot in Kansas does not count as a positive retention vote.

Instead, it is treated as an "undervote," meaning the ballot is simply left uncounted for that specific race.

For a judge or justice to be successfully retained in office, they must receive a majority of "yes" votes from the total number of people who actually cast a vote on that specific question.

How the Retention System Works in Kansas: To remain on the bench, a judge must secure a majority of "yes" votes over "no" votes.

The Impact of Leaving it Blank: If a voter chooses not to fill in either the "yes" or "no" bubble,

that ballot has zero statistical impact on the outcome. It neither helps nor hurts the judge.

To everyone who ran, knocked doors, prayed, and showed up for this Primary season…Thank You!

Elections can bring out our passion, and sometimes our sharp edges too. But we serve a God who calls us to something greater than our differences.

Now it’s time to lay down what divided us and pick up what unites us: a love for our families, our faith, and our state. Let’s stand together. One family. One mission. Onward to November.
