Emma's therapeutic approach combines Emotion-Focused Therapy and Structural Family Therapy to help individuals, couples, and families identify and understand the underlying emotional cycles driving their challenges. Together, you will work to rebuild strong, secure connections and develop a deeper understanding of your emotional responses. Emma will help you uncover the emotions driving your reactions, reshape unhelpful dynamics, and establish a new structure that fosters closeness, clarity, and healing.
