Good news...we’re extending our pool season through September! 🏊‍♀️ Lap Swim and Water Aerobics will be offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. 🌊

Great news! We’re extending pool season into September! ☀️

For the first time ever, we’re excited to keep the pool open into September! While our September schedule will look a little different from August, we’re thrilled to continue offering opportunities to enjoy the pool, including lap swim, water aerobics, and a day of open swim each week.

We’re so happy to be able to give our community a little more time in the water this year! 💦❤️

SUNSET PARK CLOSURE NOTICE
Sunset Park will be closed on the following dates for maintenance to the parking lots:
📅 Thursday, August 27 (limited access)
📅 Friday, August 28 (limited access)
📅 Tuesday, September 8 (limited access)
📅 Friday, September 11 (full closure)
📅 Saturday, September 12 (limited access)
📅 Sunday, September 13 (limited access)

Estimated closure time: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM each day

During these closures, the parking lots will be patched, crack sealed, seal coated, and restriped.

For everyone’s safety, and to allow the work to be completed properly, no vehicles or park users will be permitted in the park during these times.

Please plan accordingly and avoid the park during the scheduled closure periods. See the map below for the areas affected.

We appreciate your patience while we make these improvements to Sunset Park!

🌳📚 THERE’S A NEW STORY WALK AT COFFINGER PARK! 📚🌳

Take a stroll through the park and enjoy a new story along the way! Our newest Story Walk features First Day Jitters by Julie Danneberg. This a fun and engaging book perfect for families and little readers getting ready for a new school year.

Bring the kids, take a walk, and enjoy a story together!

🦈🎬 Tomorrow Night! Dive In for Movie Night at the Pool! 🌊🍿

Grab your swimsuit, float, and favorite movie buddy because Movie Night at the Wickenburg Public Pool is almost here!

We'll be showing Jaws (PG) on the big screen while you enjoy an evening swim under the stars.

📅 Saturday, August 1
🚪 Gates Open: 7:00 PM
🎥 Movie Starts: 8:00 PM

💲 Regular Pool Admission Applies (Season passes are not valid for this event.)
• Adults: $3
• Seniors & Children (ages 3–17): $2

⚠️ Jaws is rated PG and contains suspenseful scenes that may not be suitable for younger viewers. Parental discretion is advised. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring your family, invite your friends, and enjoy a classic summer movie by the pool. We'll see you tomorrow night!

🎄🎅 Tonight's the Night! Christmas in July Pool Party! 🌴☀️

Trade your snow boots for flip-flops and celebrate Christmas in July with us at the Wickenburg Public Pool!

Thanks to Project SALT, admission is FREE for everyone, and kids will receive a special gift while supplies last. Bring the whole family for an evening of swimming, summer fun, and holiday cheer!

Pack the swimsuits and sunscreen because Splish Splash Storytime is happening tomorrow at the Wickenburg Municipal Pool!

Bring the kids for a fun, FREE storytime by the pool, then stick around for swim time afterward! Admission is free for all storytime participants.
