The Service Department is happy to report that the pool heaters at Jindra and Coulby have been repaired and are now in operation. We also had a significant leak in the lazy river that needed repaired and has also been completed and is in operation. I also want everyone to know that the Mayor, City Council, Recreation and Service Departments have all made opening the pools TOP priority but understand that Coulby Pool is now in its 25th season and as all the pools continue to age each year, we find new and different problems with the pools and spray park. We will continue to do our best to make your pool season as enjoyable as possible.

Good morning,

CSX will begin repairs on the north set of tracks on Lloyd Road beginning Monday, May 6th at 7:00am and an estimated completion of Friday, May 10th by 5:00pm.

The Service Department will have detour signs posted at Lakeland Boulevard and Euclid Avenue rerouting traffic to Worden Road. Access will be available to all businesses north and south on Lloyd Road. 🚂

Kimble Yard waste service begins on Monday, March 4th!

YARD WASTE: Yard waste must be placed in 65- gallon dark green yard waste containers supplied by KIMBLE. Excess yard waste material may be placed in 50-lb. biodegradable paper yard waste bags or in your current yellow yard waste container. Black plastic bags or regular trash containers will not be picked up.

All tree limbs, shrub cuttings and wood must be cut into lengths not to exceed four (4) feet and tied in bundles with cotton cord (not nylon twine) not to exceed 40 pounds. Note: Grocery bags are not acceptable containers for yard waste. Yard waste collection runs from March 1 through December 15, on the same day as regular trash collection. There is no yard waste collection in the month of February.

Lloyd Road is currently closed between Fuller and Grand Boulevard due to a large tree that came down from the wind. Please avoid the area.

🍁🍂 We extended our leaf clean up by two weeks and are now wrapping up leaf pick up for the season. Please have all leaves on the curb by Sunday, December 10, 2023.
As a reminder, Kimble will pick up yard waste until December 15th.
