The end of the year is here! Don’t forget to pick up your students medications or send them by to grab them on their last day.

Prescription controlled substances must be picked up by an adult and signed for!

End of the year medication pick up:

If your student has over the counter or prescription medication in our office please pick it up by 100 PM on MAY 25th.

If you would rather us dispose of it, please call or message us and we will gladly do so.

Paper towels
baby wipes
small paper cups

We had one awesome parent send in somethings a few weeks ago but we go through these very fast…Any help would be much appreciated! You can send with your student to school or drop it off at the main office.

Flu forms will be coming home with elementary students this week.

High school students who would like the flu shot can stop by the Nurses office to pick up a form.

The flu clinic will be Monday, November 7th.

Parents and guardians,
Please do not give your student ANY medication for them to keep on themselves. If a student needs to take over the counter medication at school you must bring it to school and fill out a form in the nurses office. The medication must stay in the health room and your student can come to us to get it as needed.

If your student needs to take a prescription medication you must have an order from the prescribing doctor and then bring the medication in to the nurses. Most doctor offices are aware of the school PPA form and will fax it to us if you ask them too.

Please help us keep all students safe and NOT send medication on your student. Thank you for your help!

Lets talk about COVID.....

>Only the sick student has to stay at home,
Siblings may come to school if they are symptom free
>Follow doctor recommendations for returning to school
>Turn in a doctor note or parent note for absence to be excused
>We have no rules regarding a mask when returning to school
