2 day full property clean-out completed in the Eastern part of Wilkes last Friday on a very beautiful property that had been in the family for well over 100 years.
This entailed 2 buildings, along with attics, a full attic in the house and a very heavy upright piano

Construction/Demo clean-up last Friday from one of the buildings in downtown North Wilkesboro. It is amazing to see the layers of different decades once the demo starts, it’s like you’re taking a step back in time. Putting yourself in the place to imagine what once the place looked like when it was first built or being in full use 100 years ago.

Here is a glimpse of some of the conditions we work in. By far the worst infestation I have personally came across. Thankfully this property still had power turned on. Most of the time these properties have no power along with of fetid/putrid odors and f***s. Being in full hazmat and respirator in the intense heat make for hard work.
