Day 3: Supply them With Thanks! Thanks to your donations, we have piles of copy paper, highlighters, pencils, composition books, glue stick (soooo many glue sticks!), crayons...to help our teachers finish the year strong. Thank you!

Día 3: ¡Abastézcanlos con agradecimiento! Gracias a sus donaciones, tenemos pilas de papel para fotocopias, marcadores fluorescentes, lápices, cuadernos de composición, barras de pegamento (¡tantísimas barras de pegamento!), crayones... para ayudar a nuestros maestros a terminar el año con fuerza. ¡Gracias!

Teacher appreciation week is off to a great start! A wonderful breakfast spread was made possible by generous donations from Delta Sigma Theta, our local Starbucks, and the JRE PTA.

For the remainder of the week, two lunches will be served (one from Ms. Washington & one from the PTA), and we’re asking volunteers to donate items for Supply Them With Thanks (Wednesday) and Stock the Lounge (Friday).

Please check the signup genius to see what types of things you may be able to provide. Any donations are appreciated- don’t feel limited by the list. Thanks for all y’all do!

¡La Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros ha tenido un comienzo fantástico! Un maravilloso desayuno fue posible gracias a las generosas donaciones de Delta Sigma Theta, nuestro Starbucks local y la PTA de JRE.

Durante el resto de la semana, se servirán dos almuerzos (uno cortesía de la Sra. Washington y otro de la PTA), y solicitamos voluntarios para donar artículos para las iniciativas "Supply Them With Thanks" (el miércoles) y "Stock the Lounge" (el viernes).

We hope everyone had a SPOOKTACULAR time at the Trunk or Treat and Fall Fest last night! Special shout outs to our local businesses who came out to support our little ghosts and goblins, the parents who showed up and showed out, and the teachers who just couldn't help but get in the spirit!!

We will have PLENTY of suckers and candy to go around to all our ghosts, goblins, and everything in between TONIGHT at the Trunk or Treat and Fall Festival! We hop to see everyone there to have a WICKEDLY good time!
