Mrs. Jones fifth grade class made a “Volume Zoo” where students got to choose an animal, build it out of boxes, measure and calculate the volume of each box in cubed inches, then add the volume of each of the boxes together to find the total volume of their animal. Then they were able to assemble, paint or cover in paper, and decorate. What a fun activity to end the year!

Our kindergarten classes took a trip to Bluebird Gap Farm for their last field trip of the year! We loved getting to see all the different farm animals!
