It’s time to get ready for the 2026 Williamston Parks & Recreation Football Season! Registration is officially underway for both Co-Ed Flag Football and Tackle Football.

✅ Flag Football (Ages 5–6)
🏈 Resident: $25 | Non-Resident: $35

✅ Tackle Football (Ages 7–12)
🏈 Resident: $40 | Non-Resident: $50

📅 Registration Dates: June 22 – July 18

Here is the schedule for the District 6 Tar Heel softball tournament. Come out and support the teams. Tar Heel entry fees are $10 for adults, $5 for ages 6-16, and free for 5 and under.

10u Williamston vs Bear Grass Friday night at 6:30. The rest of the games are Saturday.

Our Softball Camp was a great success! 🥎

A huge thank you to Coach Heather Mobley for volunteering her time and sharing her knowledge with our athletes. We truly appreciate her dedication and support.

We had a great turnout with 17 girls participating in this year’s camp. It was awesome to see so much enthusiasm, effort, and love for the game. We hope everyone had fun while learning new skills and improving their game!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this camp a success!

Today was the first day of our Sports Fundamentals Camp, and our participants had a great time learning a variety of football skills and drills! 🏈

Throughout the camp, participants will be introduced to different sports while developing fundamental athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Join us every Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM as we continue exploring a different sport each week. We look forward to another fun-filled summer of learning and play!

When using a grill at the shelters please make sure not to dump charcoal in the woods, even if you pour water over them first. Fortunately this was caught early.

There is a charcoal pit next to the shelter at Godwin Coppage. There was a sign on it at one time. We’ll try to mark it again so people know what it is.
