📍 Location: Pfeiffer Community Center
⏰ Distribution Begins: Approximately 2:00 PM
🎟 Ticket Pickup:
Tickets will be distributed from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
⚠️ Important:
If you arrive after 2:00 PM, you will need to wait to sign in until AFTER all ticket numbers have been called. You will be asked to step to the back of the line.
🛍 Please Remember:
Bring your own bags.
Do NOT block the walkways, as we are conducting daily business operations.
**Quantities are subject to change throughout the giveaway depending on the amount of product available and the amount of people present.

UPDATE: 2:45pm We still have produce boxes until 3:30. Lots of good and fresh veggies and fruit.

🥕We have vegetable boxes only today, Tuesday, 8/25.🫑
We will start giving them out at approximately 12:30pm. They will be handed out at front side doors.
Please do not start lining up until 12pm as we are conducting daily business. Produce boxes are on a first come first served basis. One box per household. If there are boxes left between 3pm and 3:30pm you may come back and receive an additional box per household.

The Fall Arts & Crafts Festival is almost here, and we are finalizing our vendor list!

📍 Main Street, Williamstown, NJ

If you have already been APPROVED as a vendor but have NOT yet submitted your payment, please contact us ASAP to confirm that you are still planning to attend.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: AUGUST 21

We understand that mailed payments may take a few extra days to reach us - that’s okay! What’s important is that we hear from you and know you’re still coming.

⚠️ If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are no longer participating and your space may be released.

Already mailed your payment? You’re all set - but feel free to send us a quick message so we know it’s on the way!

Please be advised, our annual Fall Arts and Crafts Festival is just around the corner. The letter below will be going out to all residents and businesses that will be affected by the road closures next week. Please schedule accordingly so that you may not be blocked in.

That means one of Community Affairs’ most anticipated events of the year will be here in just a few short weeks!

Grab your friends, family, and neighbors and join us as Main Street comes alive for the Fall Arts & Crafts Festival!

Local artisans & crafters • Local businesses • Food trucks • Kids activities • Petting zoo • Bounce houses • Face painting • Music • And so much more!

With hundreds of vendors filling Main Street, there will be plenty to see, eat, shop, and enjoy. Bring the whole family and spend the day with us!
