If you recently received a letter from us regarding your water service line, please contact our office to determine whether your customer side is listed as unknown.
If your customer-owned service line is unknown, you can help us update our records by submitting a photo of the water service line where it enters your home using our self-report form link below.

Denise has served as our Comptroller for the past five years. She was incredible with the books and consistently kept the Authority compliant. Beyond her sharp professional skills, Denise brought a cool, funny presence to the office that we all truly appreciated. Today is a bittersweet day as we wish a Happy retirement to our dedicated employee of 39 years, Charlene Denneny. Charlene began her service with the MUA in 1987 through the Williamstown High School Co-op program. She started in our Billing department where she worked many years. Through the years, Charlene moved up the ranks serving in various areas of Administration and ends her long career as our Deputy Executive Director. With her outstanding work ethic and attention to detail Charlene earned the respect from her co-workers, Authority professionals and developers. Charlene always demonstrated tremendous focus, patience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. If you needed thorough research done she was the one to go to and you knew that the information you were getting was right!! It was no wonder that fellow coworkers would often seek her advice and assistance and she was always eager to help someone if she could. As we say goodbye to our friend and fellow employee we thank you Charlene. For your commitment, loyalty and the many ways you have helped shape who we are today!
