Melodies on Main Street was a packed house on Thursday Evening and the weather finally cooperated. The Mayor, Council Members, Members of the Economic Development Commission, our Williamstown High School Braves Cheerleaders and Football players were all in attendance. Great Food, Great Music by “Beginners Luck 🍀 “ and Great Company.

It was “Braves” night and our WHS Braves Cheerleaders performed in between the “Beginners Luck 🍀 “ sets.

The Mayor and members of Monroe Township Council were on Main Street attending the Community Affairs Annual Fall Arts and Crafts Festival this past Saturday. There were over 260 vendors at this years festival, as well as, food trucks, games, DJ, a petting zoo and much more.

The weather was a perfect day for Monroe residents to come out, stroll along Main Street, and enjoy all the festivities.

The Mayor, township officials, the Monroe Township Police Department and members of both our all volunteer Cecil and Williamstown Fire Departments were at ShopRite on Tuesday, to help with their “bag for hunger event”. ShopRite hosts the annual event to raise monies and awareness for hunger.

The Mayor presented ShopRite with a certificate of recognition for the great community work ShopRite continues to do for Monroe Township.
