🌧️ Chalk the Walk Update! 🌧️

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans!
Due to today’s rain, we’ll be canceling Chalk the Walk.‼️

But don’t worry—we’re not letting the chalk fun go to waste! 🎨💛 Feel free to bring your own chalk to any of our upcoming Playground Playdates and add some colorful artwork to the sidewalk by the playground while you play!

Thanks for understanding, and we’ll see you at the playground! ☀️

🛝 Tuesday 9/1: 6-7pm Popsicles at the Playground (Kindergarten event)
☀️ Thursday 9/3: 5:30-6:30pm - 1st & 2nd Grade
🤩 Thursday 9/3: 6:30-7:30pm - 3rd & 4th Grade

There is still time to sign up for for Chalk the Walk! Let’s decorate the sidewalks to welcome back the Maple West teachers and staff with creative pictures and positive messages!🎨

Please bring your own chalk. Here are some additional things you may want to bring:
- Water bottles with ice cold water
- Lawn chairs
- Something to kneel on
- Lawn games
- Spray bottle for mistakes
- Blending tools
- tape/stencils for mapping designs
- water/paint brushes for planning designs

🚚Food Trucks will be available: Cheesy Chick, Venus and an Ice Cream Truck!
